Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined) and an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on the length of stay. Guests must be at least 22 years old, except for students or interns. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement. Long-term stays over 30 days require a background and credit check. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
