Conveniently, this home is located less than 10 minutes away from Clay’s Park Resort, which features a swimming lake and a variety of fun activities for kids. Clay’s Park also hosts concerts throughout the year. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10 pm and 8 am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages.
