Owner's notes: Tall people beware of beams or shorter than avg shower; note that there is a grassy incline that can get slippery in rain,dew or winter (no sidewalk from drive to unit entry). Shared mailbox or pay for a PO Box. 1 vehicle only,no pets,no section 8 or vouchers,smoking or vaping outside,laundry is for tenants use only (you can't do others laundry since electric,water and sewer are included).
