These apartments are located in downtown Alliance. There are both 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments in this building, which have 3 different layout styles. The Only Utility You Pay is Electric! (There are NO GAS BILLS in these apartments.) All of the electric was upgraded to 200 amp. Each room has its own thermostat to increase your comfort. All of the windows were replaced with double pane double hung vinyl replacement windows in July 2007. All of the water heaters were replaced. No pets, please. Stove & fridge provided
