Tenant responsible for yard maintenance. We will accept up to 2 pets with deposit fee and pet rent with some restrictions. Qualifications: 1. Minimum credit score of 525 2. No Evictions, bankruptcies, or foreclosures with in 5 years. We take past 5 years on a case-by-case basis. 3. Verifiable gross Income of the entire household must be 3 times the monthly rent. 4. Clean Background check 5. While we do not look at medical collections, we only allow a maximum of 3 non-medical collections and/or currently delinquent accounts. 6.
