When there are no other occupants, this bathroom will be private. Kitchen, dining and living room will be shared. No smoking indoors. Off-street parking and public transportation is available. First month's rent and security deposit to move-in. Utilities will be shared 1/4. Bed and sheets, and nightstand are provided.
