The home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed and pull-out to accommodate up to four guests, making it perfect for kids or additional guests. The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a spacious dining area for family meals and game nights, and a coffee station complete with a drip coffee maker, French press, ground coffee, cream, and sugar. Enjoy the 7-person hot tub for relaxation after a long day, and keep the kids entertained with games and toys. Desks in quiet spaces are ideal for remote work or study. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Conveniently located near Highland Square's best attractions, dining, and shopping, this home offers driveway parking for approximately five vehicles, making it easy to explore the area. The property has decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for the next guests. Desks in quiet spaces are ideal for remote work or study, providing a comfortable environment for productivity. A laptop computer is not included.
