This home boasts four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with cozy linens and unique charm. The main floor bedroom includes a full pull-out couch and desk, perfect for work or relaxation. The upstairs master suite features a king-size bed, and two additional upstairs bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. A basement pull-out couch offers extra sleeping space. The basement game room includes a PacMan arcade game, foosball table, and retro classic Nintendo console, perfect for family fun and friendly competition. Board games are also available for the whole family to enjoy around the dining table. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Located near top attractions such as Firestone Country Club, Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, and Portage Lakes State Park, this home offers easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shops, making dining and entertainment convenient and enjoyable. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. A friendly reminder to remove your shoes when entering the house as the driveway has asphalt which can track dirt indoors. While a small list of checkout instructions is provided, they are not mandatory but greatly appreciated to ensure a seamless transition for our next guests.
