The Parker Suites is a historic 9 story building that was constructed into a luxury hotel in 1947 and converted to 60 apartments in 1990. There are 2- 1500 sq ft penthouse apartments on the 9 th floor , 27 - 1000+ sq ft - 2 bed / 2 bath apartments, 25 - 1 bed / 1 bath apartments and 6 small studio apartments. Utilities are all paid except electricity. 1 gig fiber optic internet was just installed and is included . There are 31 underground heated parking spaces for rent in the basement and 4 outside parking spaces. There is a convenient coffee shop on the main floor open to the public from 7 am to 1 pm Monday thru Friday.The building is located in downtown Minot close to a dozen other restaurants.
