Well behaved / trained pets will be considered with additional pet deposit. Nice tree lined street with well maintained homes - mostly owner occupied - about 2 miles East of Downtown and the Innovation Quarter. Very nice and respectful neighbors. We will consider Section 8 for someone with excellent rental history - if you have a housing authority voucher that will cover the size and rent of the house. We don't expect perfect credit, and realize most people have some credit issues today... we are focused primarily on eviction history... and have ways to help almost anyone get a home, just contact us and let us know your circumstances. We do not charge an application fee, as we don't think it is fair... We don't charge administrative fees for the same reason. Move in will be the first month's rent and security deposit. The deposit will be based on your rental and credit history. If you want to reserve the home you can give us a hold / reserve deposit to hold the home and commit that you are taking it, and we will commit that we are not renting it to any one else... Whomever provides us with the acceptable credit information necessary and a deposit first will be the one to get the home.
