The living room offers lots of natural lighting, a large brown sofa, and a 50-inch Smart TV. The arcade room features a pool table, board games, air hockey, skee ball, arcade games, a Nintendo Switch, basketball, and a 65" TV. The movie theater includes a plush couch, projector and screen, and a popcorn machine. The spectacular backyard and deck offer a private pool, BBQ grill, poolside loungers, a sports court, plenty of sofa seating, putt putt mini golf, a hot tub, outdoor dining, an outdoor firepit, and string lights for added ambiance. Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. Parking for 5 cars max is available, but street parking is not allowed. Our central location allows you many options for activities during your stay. For shopping, The Cottage Door is 11 minutes away and La Cache Boutique is 12 minutes away. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Guests must be over 21 years old to book this listing. Absolutely no parties are allowed, as this is grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A simple screening process is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, and a Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. A non-refundable $60 damage waiver is required, covering accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
