1 bed 1 bath apartment. This unit has two other young females. Has a living room, kitchen and laundry. You will have your own bathroom and bedroom. Located in Swannanoa off exit 59. If that conversation goes well then you can arrange a time to see the space. If you and the current tenants feel like it's a good fit then an application will be given to apply. I am looking for employment and good references. I would rather have a call unless you have a simple question that can be emailed. No pets will be considered and no smoking or vaping. You will be placed on a month-to-month lease but I need a 6 month verbal commitment. Current tenants have been in place for 2 years so they are looking for a woman that will fit in with their setup.
