“Kato’s Kove” provides all you need inside and out for your family. Come enjoy beautiful sunset views across the marshes on the back porch or sip your morning coffee on the front deck while you take in the ocean view. This lovely 3 bedroom 2 and ½ bath is just a short distance to the beach. Outside there is an outdoor shower for convenient rinsing off from a day at the beach, a picnic table for eating with the kids, and a storage room to keep your beach gear. The first floor is the ideal area for the family to spend time together playing games or hanging out in the spacious living room, eating together in the cozy dining room or on the breakfast bar, whipping up something special in the stocked kitchen, relaxing on the picturesque screened back porch or simply experiencing the coastal life on the front deck with high-top table and chairs or lounging in the chaise chairs. There is also a half bath and laundry room on this floor for your convenience. Just upstairs is where the three bedrooms are located. The large PRIMARY bedroom is a great resting place and includes a queen bed, television, dresser, sitting area, private bathroom with a shower, and also offers a view of the ocean. The second bedroom is a nice soft yellow color perfect for a peaceful night slumber and contains a queen bed. The third bedroom features two twin beds and also provides a nice view of the ocean.
