Covered parking is available on the ground floor, along with enclosed storage for beach toys and a dedicated golf cart parking area. An elevator provides easy access to levels 1 to 3. The 4th floor observation deck and bunk room require walking up a flight of stairs. Guests will have access to the entire home, including the shared 12'x20' inground pool. Nestled in the heart of Surf City, this home is steps away from public beach access. There is a park area for kids just across the street and down the street. The neighborhood is within the coveted "S Curve," known for its scenic views and vibrant coastal atmosphere. Surf City offers a variety of local shops, restaurants, and recreational activities. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Pets are not allowed, and smoking and events are not permitted.
