With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a loft area with a futon and a pull out couch it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, ensuring that everyone has their own space to relax and unwind, add to this a boat ramp on site and tons of shaded seating, games and a dock to fish off of right outside the door! Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an adventure-packed vacation, this beach cottage offers the perfect blend of relaxation and and experience the charm of Surf City and create unforgettable memories at Dock & Dunes! Upon entering Dock & Dunes, you'll immediately notice the beautiful decor in this newly remodeled coastal paradise with touches of elegance to the coastal ambiance. The house is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and style in mind, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for you to enjoy. There are brand new appliances including a washer and dryer, linens, and towels are included in your stay as well as a full-sized stainless Wilmington Grill for inside and outside cooking and entertainment. The dock offers a covered gazebo with a swing and fish cleaning station.
