Step inside and be greeted by stylish and comfortable furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities. The lower level features a gaming area, media room, and bar for endless entertainment options. Outside, the private dock allows for easy access to the sparkling waters of Lake Norman, and the deck with a wet bar and fire pit area is perfect for outdoor relaxation. Pets are welcome; however, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per pet will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home. Free parking is available for up to 6 vehicles. Boat rental is not included, but we can connect you with a local company that offers excellent service. No keys to carry. The property has a no-smoking or vaping policy inside the house, with a $500 fine for deep cleaning if violated. Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Respect the neighbors, as complaints from a neighbor will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. For the security and safety of all guests, this property has a Ring doorbell camera that monitors the front of the property and an additional exterior Ring camera that monitors the backyard and driveway.
