We welcome two pets per apartment, cats or dogs only please. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets. Pet rent charges are $25 per month per pet. Our weight maximum is no more than 80 lbs. combined for two pets. We ask that any pets exceeding 40 lbs. reside on the first floor. Please be mindful that breed restrictions apply for the following: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman, Akita, Chow or any mix of the breeds listed
