Located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city, it offers ample parking with a step driveway for two cars and an enclosed garage for one car. Step into an open living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of exploring Raleigh. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family. On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office. We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Additional pet fees plus tax will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play freely and safely, although the fence is weathered and there may be some small gaps that smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over our back fence. There is a baby safety gate on the deck that you can pull across to give your kids and animals a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in. Located in the Six Forks North neighborhood, a serene and family-friendly area in North Raleigh, you will love the convenience of being close to major shopping, dining, and outdoor activities while enjoying the quiet and privacy of a suburban setting. It's a great spot for professionals, with easy access to downtown Raleigh and the Research Triangle Park (RTP) for commuting. The area is perfect for families, with excellent schools nearby and beautiful parks like Shelley Lake and the Neuse River Greenway just a short drive away. You'll find everything you need within a short distance, whether you’re looking to explore the city or relax in the peace and quiet of this lovely neighborhood. Distance to local attractions: Restaurants and shops less than one mile, Downtown Raleigh eight miles, Umstead Lake and State Park nine miles, RDU International Airport fourteen miles, Cary fourteen miles, and Durham twenty miles. You'll enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. We offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you two days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any requests or questions. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.
