Not provided are cooking oil, condiments, spices beyond salt and pepper, foil, plastic wrap, food storage containers, bottled water, coffee filters, or specialty cookware. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only — 1 in Spot #207 (assigned) and 1 in any unmarked space behind or in front of the building, including the last row near Dunn Road. Mid-size SUVs or smaller are recommended for the garage. Do not park in any other numbered spot, as violators will be towed at your expense. No street parking is allowed, as vehicles may be towed. No commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs, boats, or oversized vans are permitted. Pets are welcome with a fee of $15 per night for 1 pet (capped at $195) or $25 per night for 2 pets (capped at $295). There is also a large pet surcharge (over 35 lbs) of $49 one-time fee for 1 large pet or $95 one-time fee for 2 large pets. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $59 for 1 hour or $89 for 2 hours. A mid-stay cleaning reset is available for extended stays for $175, which includes refresh cleaning, trash removal, and fresh linens.
