Enjoy the private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an extra fee. The enchanting locale of Lakeside Story offers both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy Lake Norman's waterfront for kayaking or a pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. The property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. The garage is not accessible to renters. The boat lift and boat slip at the dock are not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and water depth cannot be guaranteed.
