The upper level includes a king suite with an en-suite bathroom, lake view, and private balcony, a dual queen room with a desk, and another king with an en-suite bathroom accessed through the queen room. The lower level offers a bunk room with 2 bunks, 4 beds total, with patio access and a shared hallway bathroom. Your stay at Elysian Shores is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces, an expansive living space lined with windows that overlook the lake, and a deck area that features a full dining table and comfortable seating space. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are available. Enjoy the private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks, and life jackets. High-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities are provided. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. The spa portion of the pool is not a hot tub and does not function in the same way a stand-alone hot tub functions. The spa portion cannot be heated separately and is heated to the same temperature as the pool. The enchanting Elysian Shores locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Maximum overnight occupancy is 14 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
