Extra sleeping arrangements include a bunk room with four extra-long twin bunk beds, totaling 8 beds, and two twin day beds in the living area that can also serve as additional seating. Your stay at Waddell Waters is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen on the main level with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. On the lower level, you will find a second fully sized kitchen. Enjoy an entertainment-rich game room complete with two arcade games, shuffleboard, and ping pong. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also available. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The enchanting Waddell Waters locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Nearby, enjoy golf, hiking, NASCAR races, a whitewater rafting center, vineyards, and one of the best lakes in America. The maximum overnight occupancy is 16 and the maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The garage at this property is not accessible for renters. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property. A dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi is available for when duty calls.
