The double twin room offers a lake view and is connected to the king master with privacy doors. The lower level features a king room with a lake view, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as additional sleeping accommodations including a king room with a lake view, patio access, and shared hallway bathroom, and a bunk area with 3 bunks (6 beds total) and a shared hallway bathroom. Your stay at Ringneck Retreat is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen, a game room with ping pong and shuffleboard, a deck overlooking the lake and heated pool, child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware, a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. The enchanting locale of Ringneck Retreat is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Maximum overnight occupancy is 14 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
