The expansive outdoor space includes a cozy sitting area, an outdoor shower, a sandy area perfect for sandcastles and campfires, and a large yard for all your outdoor activities. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are available, along with a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 16 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees from April 1 to October 31. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
