The lower level includes a king with a lake view and shared hallway bathroom, another king with a double entry bathroom, a queen with a lake view and shared hallway bathroom, and a bunk area with 3 bunks (6 beds total) and a double entry shared bathroom. The upper level apartment offers a king room and a murphy bunk bed (2 twins) in the living space. Your stay at Sunset on Ballycastle is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces, a beautiful stone fireplace in the expansive living area, an elevated deck and an additional covered and screened-in dining area with sweeping views of the lake. The lower level is full of games and entertainment options with its own living kitchenette bar area. Enjoy the heated pool in the backyard, the upper level apartment with additional kitchen and living space, child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware, a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks and life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The enchanting Sunset on Ballycastle's locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Lake Norman's waterfront is ideal for kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. Offering a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty, Sunset on Ballycastle is not just a vacation home, it's a lakeside retreat. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
