Your stay at Keenan Beach is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. The massive open concept living space includes a welcoming kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a spacious living room. A downstairs cozy living area features a unique custom moped bar cart. Enjoy the covered patio with a sitting area, a heated saltwater pool with a spacious pool deck with plenty of loungers for sunbathing, and child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware. The property also offers a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 16 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. Keenan Beach is not just a vacation home, it's a lakeside retreat. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
