The generous main room and open-concept kitchen allow everyone in your group to make themselves comfortable. The windows throughout and bright white furnishings give the property an open and airy feel. Beyond the living room, the large deck and patio areas provide plenty of seating and a perfect place to take in the sunset over the lake. Lakefront Living's sleeping quarters boast luxurious touches and soothing pops of color. The upper-level king suite features a spa-like en-suite bathroom and relaxing lake views. Two additional upper-level king bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The lower area includes a bunk room with 6 twin beds (4 twins and 2 extra-long twins) accessing the hallway bathroom. Extra sleeping arrangements include two extra-long twins located in a private room, although there is no door in the room to allow for egress. Your stay is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen on the main level, a fire pit with seating overlooking the lake, a double-level private dock with a seating area and boat slip, two kayaks with life jackets, and an outside dining and deck area. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also available. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The garage at this property is accessible for renters as a bonus space. With 500 miles of shoreline, there are many waterfront restaurants to explore. The property is less than 10 minutes from Davidson College, offering a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and natural beauty. Maximum overnight occupancy is 14 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
