The upper-level private master suite features a king-size bed, a unique tiger wood balcony to enjoy the lake views, and a luxurious spa-like en-suite bathroom. Two main-level king rooms come with their own en-suite bathrooms. Extra sleeping arrangements include a custom bunk room with a queen-sized lower bunk and five twin beds, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Your stay is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen on the main level, a large beach area by the lake, a private dock with a boat slip, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also available. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Sandy Shore's location is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Enjoy Lake Norman's waterfront for kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride. With 500 miles of shoreline, there are many waterfront restaurants to explore. The area offers great local attractions and dining, fishing, outdoor activities, and nature trails for the explorers at heart. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
