The studio guest house includes a full kitchen, living area, private bathroom, and king bed. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are provided. Enjoy the private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities. Relax by the fire pit by the lake with a sitting area or unwind in the hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 14 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
