The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
