This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The enchanting locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Lake Norman's waterfront offers kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. It's a great location for local attractions and dining to indulge in the area's charm, with fishing and other outdoor activities and nature trails for the explorers at heart. Maximum overnight occupancy is 10 and maximum daytime occupancy is 20. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
