We like to be upfront so everyone has the right expectations. The backyard is shared, and you'll likely meet our dog now and then. He is never left outside unsupervised and belly rubs are encouraged. Month-to-month lease with all utilities included. We'd rather ensure you are comfortable in the space before committing to a long term lease. We do require a background, credit, income etc check as well as a references prior to moving in.
