This is a very high-end area, with many valuable houses and mansions nearby. This is a very safe and peaceful neighborhood, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. The price is $695/month plus $100 for utilities and high-speed Internet This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month.
