Once you have completed the background check, if that looks ok, you can view the property and meet people, etc. before deciding whether to sign the lease or paying us anything. $750/month: Extremely large bedroom (about 450sqft), queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 armoires, large professional desk, 4 windows with scenic forest views $995/month: Master Bedroom and large private bathroom, queen bed, nightstand, 2 dressers, 2 walk-in closets, large professional desk. In addition to the base prices listed above, there is a $100/month charge for utilities, high-speed Internet and administration. This rate assumes an annual lease term. For shorter lease terms, higher monthly rates will apply: +$25 for 9 months, +$50 for 6 months, +$75 for 3 months, or +$100 for 3 months initially followed by month-to-month. This house is beautiful and large, with spacious common areas. The Beachwood neighborhood is very safe and peaceful, with a pleasant woodsy atmosphere and quiet walkable streets. Marvin is between Ballantyne, Indian Land, Waxhaw, and Weddington (just South of Charlotte). This is a very high-end area, with many beautiful houses and even mansions nearby. The schools in this area (like Marvin Ridge High School) are top-rated. The other room renters currently at this property are mature working professionals, who maintain a clean and drama-free household.
