Evictions: No evictions within the past 3 years. Required Documentation Applicants must upload their most current and consecutive two months of pay stubs into the Rent Butter application system. Incomplete income documentation will result in denial and may require reapplication. Move-In Fees Application Fee: $50 per person over 18 Lease Signing Fee: $100 Security Deposit: $975 Monthly Home Rent: $390 Monthly Lot Rent: $565 Trash Fee: $20 Pet Deposit: $100 per pet (if applicable) Pet Policy Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
