Basement Apartment in quite neighborhood 20 minutes or less (depending on traffic) to downtown asheville. Can be in weaverville in 12-15 minutes, and leicester ingles in 10 minutes. Utilities included in rent, Shared drive but separate entrances. Non Smokers and someone who is a relatively quite/respectful to other, as the neighborhood has pretty decent people living here. The deposit of 5800 consist of the 1st months rent, last months rent, and 1500 security deposit. The 1st months rent can be adjusted based on the time of month you move in. The rent will be due at the 1st of the month there after. Mowing is also included. A background check may be expected to be provided by the renter from the sheriffs department, references, proof of employment, and renter may be subject to a credit check. I am looking for genuinely good renters, as the upstairs apartment is myself. I want us to be respectful of each other to the best of our abilities.
