A beautiful wine cave tucked under the main house includes a bar area with ambient lighting, comfortable seating, and a TV. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are also provided. Two kayaks and life jackets are available for use. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The wood stove in this home is not functional and is for aesthetic purposes only. The pool is not heated and will be closed for the season from October 31 through April 1. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
