Pet Policy

Cats and Dogs Allowed

We allow a maximum of two pets with a total combined weight of 60 lbs. There is a $350 pet fee for the first pet, and a $150 pet fee for the second pet, in addition to a $20 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions include German Shepard, Pit bull, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, and Rottweiler. Livestock, farm animals, and exotic animals are expressly forbidden. Restrictions apply to all animals, whether permanent or visiting. Please call us for more information about our pet policy.
