Cats and Dogs Allowed

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a refundable pet deposit of $200 for 1 pet and $300 for 2 pets. There is also a non-refundable pet fee of $100 for 1 pet and $150 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $30 for 1 pet and $50 for 2 pets. Anything over 40 lbs is restricted to the first floor. Breed restrictions apply. Please call our leasing office for complete pet policy information.
