This is a week to week short term rental $200 per week. $400 security deposit and first week's payment due upon signing ($600). Eligibility Requirements: Must be a single occupant. We conduct the same screening for all applicants. Must have full-time employment outside the home. Must own a car. Home Features: Located in Captain's Landing Fuquay Varina Newly constructed in 2024. This rental currently shares a bathroom with one male tenant The home features three bedrooms in total: one with a private bathroom and two that share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom located downstairs. Rent is $200 per week with a $400 deposit. Utilities are included in the rent. Electricity is split amongst tenants after $200 Room amenities: bed, TV, Wi-Fi, chest of drawers, ceiling fan. Shares with two male occupants who work as plumbers, quiet and respectful home. Pond up the road great for fishing!
