New townhome that was recently constructed. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with a 2 car garage. I have one bedroom upstairs left to rent out. It is currently unfurnished but I do have a decent queen bedroom set (bed, night stand, double stack dresser, mirror) that can be placed in the room if you want it. All utilities included in the rent. Pool and clubhouse. The pictures are stock photos of the model home but are representative of the layout and spaces of the house. All of the common areas will be/have been fully furnished by me. No pets and no smoking. If you have any questions about anything, contact me and I will gladly answer them. I'm 24 and a recent college graduate. I'm open to anyone 20-40 ish. The age difference is not a problem if I feel like we will mesh and get along well. I am flexible with the length of a lease but I would prefer a minimum of 3 months. Also note that I am only asking for an $800 deposit instead of the standard 2 months rent.
