Our three bedroom, 2 bathroom units are perfect for students who want to be close to campus but have the freedom and independence that off campus housing provides. Our goal is to create a seamless process from start to finish to minimize stress when it comes to off campus housing. We take into account this may be the first time you are renting an apartment so we strive to make it a trouble free experience! All utility accounts stay in the property's name. WIFI and cable are included with the rent via Spectrum Communications. Our software system provides each student with a personalized online account where you can access documents, make payments, create service requests as well as fast and easy communication with text and email options. Whether you are coming from near or far, we want you to be excited and primarily focus on the "fun stuff" like how you are going to decorate your new home away from home!
