Units at Coastal Park include gated community, a spacious kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, plenty of cabinet space and built-in pantry; large open living room/dining room floor plan, 2 and a half baths, washer/dryer hookups, a bonus room that would make a great "man cave", workout room, home office or playroom for the little ones. The flooring is VCT tile in the downstairs and upstairs living areas, vinyl flooring in the kitchen and upstairs bathrooms, and wooden stairs. No carpet to keep clean! All units have plenty of storage space that includes a large upstairs linen closet and downstairs coat closet and your own storage building on the back patio! Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Dogs cannot be of a vicious or violent breed and large dogs cannot weigh more than 70 pounds. Please contact the management office by email at for answers to questions that pertain to eligibility requirements, move in costs/fees (application fees, first month, security deposit, pet deposits, etc.) and availability. Applications are accepted and approved on a first come, first served basis. All occupants over the age of 18 that will be living in the home must complete an application and meet eligibility requirements. Please make sure that you reference this specific unit address on page 1 of the application. *Sorry, no EIC or government vouchers are accepted. Please have verifiable income ready to download into your Rent Butter application. This must be ALL OF YOUR MOST CURRENT AND CONSECUTIVE paystubs dated within the last 2 months. If you DO NOT INCLUDE 2 MONTHS requested income, you will have to reapply. We require 3x the monthly rent in gross income and no felonies whatsoever. Misdemeanors within the last 5 years are reviewed case-by-case and supporting documentation maybe requested. We do not accept evictions if they have occurred within the last 3 years. Every person over the age of 18 that will be living in the home, MUST complete an application. $100 lease signing fee is due prior to move in. Upon approval, we require a $300 hold deposit (that goes toward security deposit) if the unit is not rent ready. If the home is not rent ready by the time promised, the hold deposit is refundable.
