All Utilities are included with the rent for a total of $1,400 a month- (Electric, water/septic, trash pickup, SkyFi internet, yard maintenance) Pet Accepted with Owner Approval & Non Refundable Pet Fee of $350. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Owner's insurance prohibits aggressive breed/partial aggressive breed animals of any kind. You must submit vet records, pet reference, and pictures of the pet for approval. Home is on a private well and 2 bedroom septic tank and therefore is not suitable for living situations that require a lot of water usage, 2 tenants max. No Students and No Multiple Roommates.
