Your stay at Mallard Vestige is complemented by full access to a main level and lower level fully stocked kitchens with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows from where you can take in panoramic views of the lake. A game room containing shuffleboard, foosball, and air hockey coupled with three televisions, and a lower level patio with a heated pool, hot tub, and covered seating area enhance your stay. Child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware are available, along with a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks, and life jackets. High-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities are provided, and a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area offers a perfect spot for relaxation. This home is pet-friendly with a two-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18 and maximum daytime occupancy is 25. The enchanting Mallard Vestige's locale is perfect for both adventure and relaxation. Lake Norman's waterfront is ideal for kayaking or a joyous pontoon ride, with 500 miles of shoreline and many waterfront restaurants to explore. This property has two active security cameras on the premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. Due to safety concerns, the kitchenette grill and sink are not operable for guests. There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs. The pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 to October 31 pool season. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
