With a private pool and hot tub, and just a 5-minute stroll to the beach, it's the perfect getaway for large groups and families seeking both relaxation and adventure. This grand retreat comfortably sleeps 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a brand-new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and two dishwashers. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with local recommendations. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games. We welcome pets for a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply for waste beyond hair. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 and requires advance booking. Our pool is closed seasonally from November to April. Nestled in an exclusive and tranquil new development, Baydream Believer offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and serenity. The neighborhood’s quiet streets are perfect for leisurely strolls, morning jogs, or evening walks under the stars. While the area provides a peaceful retreat, it’s also conveniently close to local amenities, stunning beaches, delightful eateries, and charming shops within the vibrant town of Corolla. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and barking should be minimized to avoid neighbor complaints. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances. A digital guidebook is provided upon booking, offering essential information about the property, tips for using the amenities, and recommendations for local attractions and dining.
