Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, comfortably sleep 16 guests with six luxurious king-size beds and four cozy twin bunks. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games. Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet per stay, with additional cleaning fees for waste beyond hair. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125. Parking is available for a maximum of six vehicles in designated areas, including the garage and driveway.
