The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a brand-new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, and two dishwashers. It is fully stocked with serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine. Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each with an attached private bathroom, provide a tranquil space to unwind. Entertainment options include Wi-Fi, TVs throughout the home, a pool table, and a variety of indoor games. Pets are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet per stay, with additional cleaning fees if necessary. A stand-up paddle board is available for rent at $200 per stay. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 and requires advance booking. The pool is closed seasonally from November to April. Corolla is home to midges and snakes, which are common in the area during certain seasons. While midges are harmless, it is recommended to keep doors closed to minimize their presence indoors. If a snake is noticed on the property, contact us for removal. Smoking or vaping indoors is prohibited, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise may result in eviction without refund. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and barking should be minimized to avoid neighbor complaints. Parking is limited to designated areas with a maximum of six vehicles allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
