This home features a game room with a foosball table, arcade machine, TV, and board games, as well as comfortable couches for lounging. The fully stocked kitchen includes cookware and essentials. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, and toaster. Enjoy soft white Utopia bedding in every room, smart TVs in all bedrooms, and private balconies in all bedrooms except the lower-level room. The bathrooms include Ginger Lily Farms Botanicals shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as hair dryers, kids’ step stools, and plush Utopia bath towels and pool towels. For family fun, there is an Infinity Game Table (Arcade1Up 32") with digital touchscreen versions of classic games. A laundry closet includes a stackable washer and dryer plus complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets. We welcome one dog (up to 60 lbs) for a $200 pet fee, which covers extra hair cleanup. An additional $200 fee applies if waste is found. Convenient parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, with 1 inside the private garage and up to 4 in the driveway. The swimming pool is open seasonally from April to November and is not heated. The hot tub is available year-round. Guests enjoy access to the community pier just a short walk down the street, perfect for sunrise or sunset views and peaceful soundside relaxation. No adhesives on walls (tape, hooks, stickers, etc.) or glitter are allowed. Corolla has harmless MIDGES that look like mosquitos but do not bite; they’re attracted to light, so keep doors closed and outdoor lights off when possible. Snakes from nearby marshes may occasionally appear—contact us immediately if seen. Bug spray is recommended for outdoor activities. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints.
