The pool is steps from the boardwalk that runs along the 2 marinas. Friday night is HAPPY HOUR around the pool! BYOB Perhaps you'd rather play a game of tennis or pickle ball? It's all included. Each morning Mon-Sat. there is always a group looking for more players so no need to reserve, just show up! This unit is on the second floor, so the views are truly spectacular! And the sunset on Lake Norman? Gorgeous!! Being on the second floor puts us close enough to the festivities, but high enough to see the lake and sunset from our spacious balcony. Our photos tell all! I cannot add anything extra that our pictures don't already tell. We love our fur baby so we understand the need to allow for a dog, but if your dog is aggressive or barks, please do not apply! HOA will terminate your contract. A smaller, crate-trained dog is the best! 2 parking spaces included but you must have a placard, $25 deposit on each, refundable when returned at the end of the contract. There are a ton of shopping options and restaurants within a 1-2 mile radius: - Birkdale, which has everything, including a theater - Multiple grocery stores near, including Harris Teeter and Publix - gas stations, medical and professional offices all nearby - Uptown Charlotte is an easy 15 minute drive - BUT you are on Lake Norman so that is where you want to spend your time! - We keep our kayaks stored at Dockside, so you are welcome to use them and care for them.
