This home was built in 2024 and has all new appliances (Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, Disposal). Central Air and Heat. NO CARPET, all floors are Arcadia LVP! Granite Counters in kitchen and bathrooms. Security cameras on front and back doors and light activated security lights. Security camera service included in the rent. Open floor plan and parking pad for 2 cars out front. Please note - no tours will be given to anyone who is not a qualified candidate. Please apply before asking for a tour. I will accept a 1 year lease, but prefer a 2 year lease. I will not increase rent during the length of the lease. If you renew I will extend that promise for one renewal (for whatever length of time that is). You can potentially lock in the cost of rent for up to 4 years. No smoking and pets must be small. Security deposit will be required and the renter will be expected to pay for the utilities. Normal maintenance of home and lawn will be the tenants' responsibility. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear needs to be reported within 10 days.
