Seeking tenant to share my condo in south Ballantyne area! Private bed and bath for $800 a month. I will cover all amenities and everything else. Im happy to work with you and your needs! Our complex has a pool and small gym. I’m pretty easy going and happy to share whatever I have with you. I do have a cat and she is particular with dogs. If the dog is calm and leaves her alone she’s good but if they want to play she can lash out so just be aware. She does not do well with other cats. My area is peaceful and quiet. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and I’m located about 10 mins from the Ballantyne Bowl.
